Standard delivery within Australia is free for all orders. Items are delivered using Australia Post Parcel delivery.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Australian public holidays. Delivery time frames will depend on your location. Please see the below guide on standard delivery estimates.

If you would like your order to arrive quickly you can purchase express shipping for and extra $10 at the checkout.
After check out you will receive an email with tracking details for your order.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will get back to you with instructions on how to return your item. We will happily provide a full refund within 14 days of the day you receive your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrives damaged we will cover all return shipping charges.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been customised, unless the item has a fault.
FAULTS AND DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty or damaged please advise us within 10 days of receiving your purchase by sending an email to email@example.com. Please wait for our reply before returning the damaged item to us. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as we can.
While we always strive to be as accurate as possible, mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible. No additional shipping charges will apply.
